Return & Refund Policy

At Lifetime Brands, Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s everything you need to know about our return, exchange, and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging and tags (if applicable) must remain intact

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Return an Item

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how to return your item

Important: Returns without prior authorization cannot be processed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for a resolution. We will either replace or refund the item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or beverages)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional products

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item as per our instructions

  2. Place a new order for the replacement

This ensures your exchange is processed quickly.

6. International Orders – EU Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason, in addition to our standard 30-day policy.

Requirements:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase required

7. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of your refund status. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear. If 15 business days pass without a refund, please contact us at service@koedhuj.com.
